Received the wrong product. Sent email through website to help fix the problem, and didn’t receive any response. Then sent two subsequent emails, and received the automatic response, but no actual reply as of yet, and it’s been over 2 weeks. I understand it’s hard to run a small business, but it’s not good customer service to not reply to multiple messages.

I love the product except for the brush replacement aspect. They breakdown and need replacement rather early. I recently ordered a 3 pack and one was damaged. At 25.00 dollars for 3 that was disappointing. Maybe a new one could be sent?
These brush heads get my teeth really clean. Was hesitant to switch over from sonicare but my dentist said my teeth look great after using these so I will continue to buy them
