If your product is faulty due to manufacturing inconsistencies or issues, we’ll replace it free of charge. Please note that this does NOT cover accidental damage or user error.

To arrange your replacement, email us at info@pearlbarshop.com with your order number and a photo or video of the issue so that we can confirm the issue and continue to improve our manufacturing and testing processes. Our customer care consultant will then review photos and advise you where to return the parcel. We'll pop a new one in the mail for you quick as you please.
