Returns

• We offer returns within 30 days of delivery
• You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method
• You will be responsible for the return shipping cost
• Returned items must be new and unused and returned in original packaging

To Initiate a Return

• Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return
• Print the return shipping label that you will receive by email
• Send all items back to us using the label provided

Exchanges

• We will replace items if they arrive defective or damaged, if notified within 30 days

PearlBar Sonic Toothbrush 1-Year Warranty

• If your PearlBar Sonic Toothbrush stops working from defects due to faulty materials and workmanship, you are eligible to receive a replacement, as long as proof of purchase is provided within 365 days from date of purchase. To initiate replacement, please email info@pearlbarshop.com.
