Yes, PearlBar ships worldwide.
How long will my package take to arrive?

Where will my order be shipped from?
We offer fast domestic shipping from our warehouses in Los Angeles, USA and Melbourne, Australia.

What is your return & exchange policy?
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
Returns
-We offer returns within 30 days of delivery
-You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method
-You will be responsible for the return shipping cost
-Returned items must be new and unused and returned in original packaging

-Print the return shipping label that you will receive by email
-Send all items back to us using the label provided

PearlBar Sonic Toothbrush 1-Year Warranty
-If your PearlBar Sonic Toothbrush stops working from defects due to faulty materials and workmanship, you are eligible to receive a replacement, as long as proof of purchase is provided within 365 days from date of purchase.

How do I track my order?

Where can I get free shipping?
We currently offer free shipping on orders over $19 in the US and Australia.
What if I want to cancel or modify my order?
We try to ship as quickly as possible, which means that we might not catch your order in time to adjust or cancel it. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact info@pearlbarshop.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
What if my package didn't arrive?
Please email us at info@pearlbarshop.com. We'll do our best to work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but please note that we are not responsible for any errors in the order or the address provided which result in the shipping company not being able to deliver the order.

Why are your brush heads better than plastic ones?
A regular plastic brush head takes 500 years or more to decompose. That means that every plastic brush head ever made still exists today. With millions of people using electric toothbrushes, and replacing the heads every 3 months, brush heads contribute to a significant and growing waste problem that we want to help solve.
Our brush heads are the most eco-friendly on the market. We make them with raw bamboo, cornstarch, and castor seed oil, and they break down in compost within about 6 months.
Will the brush head fit my Sonicare toothbrush?
Our brush heads are compatible with Philips Sonicare models: HX9003, HX9013, HX9112, HX9141, HX9172, HX9182, HX9332, HX9340, HX9342, HX9350, HX9352, HX9362, HX9363.
To locate your model, see the bottom of your toothbrush handle.
Make sure to select "Sonicare compatible" from the options menu when making your puchase.
What are the brush heads made of?
Our bamboo brush heads are made from compostable raw bamboo, with plant-based bristles made from refined castor seed oil, and a cornstarch inner.
How long does each brush head last?
Just like a traditional plastic brush heads, the lifespan of a Pearlbar brush head is 3 months.
How do I compost/recycle my brush head?
Simply place your brush head in a composting environment and it will begin to break down.
If you prefer to recycle, it can be recycled as well. Just check with your local guidelines to make sure it is recyclable in your area, as requirements differ from place to place.
Can the bristles be composted?
Our plant-based bristles are made from castor seed oil, so they will break down in a composting environment in about 6 months. However, to legally call a product "compostable" it must break down within 3 months, so we cannot label it as compostable. Traditional bristles take hundreds of years to break down, so this is a huge improvement!

How is it eco-friendly?

The PearlBar Sonic Toothbrush is eco-friendly because the consumable portion of the product (the head) is made from natural materials like bamboo and cornstarch which break down in compost, and the product comes in zero-plastic, zero-waste packaging.
Why is the handle made of plastic?
We would LOVE to offer a 100% bamboo sonic toothbrush! However, bamboo is not waterproof and cannot safely enclose the electrical components of the toothbrush. We adhere to a strict IPX7 rating (one of the highest ratings for durability under wet conditions), which requires a plastic base at this time.
The good news is, both the toothbrush handle and charging dock are made from recyclable plastic. We continue to look for better and better ways to create products with the highest biodegradability possible!
How long does the battery last?
On a full charge, the battery should last 5-6 weeks when using it for 2 minutes 2x per day.
What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers defects due to faulty materials and workmanship on the PearlBar Sonic Electric toothbrush for 1 year after the date of purchase. To initiate replacement, please email info@pearlbarshop.com.
How do I dispose of my sonic toothbrush?
We hope your toothbrush lasts forever, and we guarantee it for 1 year! However, when it reaches the end of its life, simply recycle it as a an electric appliance. Please check your local recycling facilities, and follow their directions accordingly.
PearlBar Teeth Whitening Kits
How do I use the Premium 32-Light LED Advanced Teeth Whitening Kit?
1. PREP. Rinse mouthpiece and mouth before use. Look in the mirror or cell phone to compare your teeth with shade guide paper to record which stage you are in.
2. APPLY. Twist teeth whitening pen until gel flows to the brush. Apply the gel evenly on both upper and lower teeth.
3. POWER UP. Put the mouthpiece into your mouth and bite it, then push the button to turn on the light. Take deep breaths before treatment to decrease saliva production.
4. SIT BACK. During treatment, we get 10-15 minutes with you while our powerful brightening formula works its magic. Let us serenade you with our favourite feel-good beats to amplify your glo. Scan the QR code in your manual, or search Spotify for "PearlBar GLO-UP Playlist".
5. RINSE. The whitening device will turn off automatically after 15 minutes under blue light mode or 10 minutes under blue + red mode. Take it out, rinse the mouthpiece and your mouth with water and compare your teeth with shade guide paper again to see how many stages you have improved. Do not eat or drink anything except water for 30 minutes post-treatment.
6. REPEAT. For best results, use your new PearlBar Premium 32-light LED Teeth Whitening Kit every day for 2 weeks. To maintain your brightest smile, use once per week, ongoing.
How do I use the LED & Charcoal Teeth Whitening Kit?
1. PREP. Rinse and dry mouthpiece and mouth before use and brush teeth then rinse mouth with water.
2. ACTIVATE. Remove paper insulating piece underneath the battery then replace the battery into LED light to activate.
3. APPLY. Attach LED whitening light to mouthpiece and apply 1/4 of a gel syringe into each side of the mouthpiece. Apply just enough to coat the front surface of your teeth but not extend to your gums.
4. PLACE. Place the mouthpiece tray over your teeth. Carefully wipe off any gel that comes into contact with your gums.
5. POWER UP. Press the power button to start the 30-minute countdown and close your mouth gently to secure the tray in place.
6. SIT BACK. When you use the PearlBar LED + Charcoal Whitening Kit, we get 30 minutes with you while our powerful brightening formula works its magic. 7. RINSE. That was fast! After 30 minutes, remove the mouthpiece tray. Rinse your teeth with warm water then remove the LED light from the mouthpiece and clean the mouthpiece with warm water as well to prepare for the next use.
8. REPEAT. Repeat every day for up to six days, or until you have achieved your desired result.
Can I use PearlBar teeth whitening while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Our products are made with your health and safety in mind. While our manufacturers assure us they are safe to use when pregnant or breastfeeding, please speak with your doctor before use.
Will I have sensitive teeth after using PearlBar teeth whitening?
PearlBar's teeth whitening kits are 100% peroxide-free which is the biggest cause of sensitivity. We are proud to offer you sensitivity-free teeth whitening!

Is PearlBar FDA approved?
All of our manufacturing facilities are FDA approved. The FDA does not provide approvals on individual products. They provide guidance on cosmetic products and labeling and they create requirements for OTC (over the counter) drugs.
Are PearlBar's manufacturing processes sustainble?
There are many ways in which PearlBar works towards sustainability in our packaging, manufacturing, product design and development. We are sure to work only with manufacturers who source their materials directly from resource-rich areas and who have strict regulations regarding humane manufacturing processes and procedures.
In addition to working towards a carbon-neutral donation option and prioritizing recyclable and compostable materials in our packaging, we also sport several certifications.

ROHS - RoHS stands for Restriction of Hazardous Substances. RoHS, also known as Directive 2002/95/EC, originated in the European Union and restricts the use of specific hazardous materials found in electrical and electronic products (known as EEE).
